Very pleasant hotel with plenty of parking. The room had a refrigerator and two ring stove. Bathroom equipped with tub.

The stay at the Hotel Regentpark was very satisfactory. Stayed here for one night at the end of 05/19. No aircraft noise. Rooms functional / clean. Very good breakfast. I liked the restaurant with local dishes very much. The airport service was excellent. Had a room with a balcony. Smoking was not allowed here. I've just read that it has got new owners.

Due to the current location, no overnight stays for tourist purposes were allowed during our booked period. As a result, the booked service could not be provided by the hotel. However, the hotel refused to refund the advance payment. It was booked through a hotel portal, only with the help of this was the money refunded. It is not recommended to book this hotel! Very dubious.

Hotel located in a quiet area 10 minutes drive from the airport. The hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the airport At a cost of 9 euros per trip. Comfortable single room, with mini fridge bar. The bathroom has no bidet, and the bed is uncomfortable due to the fact that the mattress is not fixed to the base. Breakfast not included, additional cost of 8 euros, without croissants or croissants. Restaurant set up mainly for dinner service with good local cuisine, for lunch it has a diner menu. Courteous staff Overall good value for money.

We would like to strongly warn all those who book this hotel that this hotel reacts extremely and seriously towards the customers. The sad thing about the story is that we were actually regular customers in this house and again we had booked an overnight stay with parking! Due to the current global situation, the US President has prohibited entry into the USA and we spoke to the hotel management whether they would not issue us with a voucher for the next stay. The management rejected this. It is deeply sad that the management of a hotel is more worth 70 € than that the regular customers will stay in their house in the future. One can only say here is a businessman at work who has no idea about business. It is a very sad situation as far as there are such greedy people who could have canceled the room because there was no occupancy at all! Well we pay our tuition and can only say whether I will be traveling privately or for business in this hotel in the future I will not stay anymore. It should also be noted that I found damage to my vehicle on the driver's door compared to the last time I stayed Hotel also did not complain because the hotel bears no liability but they let the cars park so tightly that others slammed the door on the respective vehicle. We can tell the management privately and my company will only say in the future they will no longer have us as guests! As a businessman, you should actually rethink your business behavior! But there are business people who do not value customers, especially regular customers.

We like to use the "Park, Sleep & Fly" offer. For just over € 100, you can sleep well for two, get a simple breakfast and be driven to the airport. The car can be parked in the hotel's own car park nearby (included in the price for 14 days, afterwards surcharge). Of course, you will also be picked up from the airport at the end of the trip.

A very dirty hotel. From the reception where it is full of dust, spiders everywhere, smells bad and is a total mess, the rooms look deplorable, the bathroom is miserable, everything is old and in comparison. The restaurant is full of cockroaches and the mice are like them at home. Seeing all this I went to another hotel nearby. We will never choose this hotel again.

Spent one night here. Everything was perfect, room ok, hygiene ok, staff friendly, breakfast buffet plentiful and tasted good. Gladly again :)

Great place to stay comfy hotel with a great resturaunt attached. Everyone was very friendly and easy to talk to. I would defenatly stay here again.

The food at the restaurant is very tasty and the staff at the hotel and the restaurant are super generous and always caring I would definitely recommend this hotel! :))

1a Service.

Since we had an early flight and wanted to start relaxed on vacation, we decided to spend the night and booked the Airport Regentpark Hotel Hallbergmoos. The welcome was friendly and helpful, we got all information about the house, food and parking. Although it is an older house, the room was large and not worn. We even had a terrace with table and chairs. Bathroom and rooms were clean. As we had to get to the airport early, we had breakfast very early. The buffet is not very big but adequate. All in all, this one night was very pleasant and is recommended. We will gladly come back.

Hotel is very clean, staff is indeed "okay" friendly, Breakfast straightforward nothing fancy, 6 out of 10. However, the Coffee they serve at breakfest is just worthless, terrible, a disgrace to the earth's resources. It's just instant coffee from the poorest quality. For a bean brewd coffee they charge you eur 2.10 for each cup extra. So you pay already 8eur plus two coffee is 12,20 which again is the breakfest price of ibis which is nearby.

We have been using the hotel for 2 years when we go on vacation from Munich. The car is there for 2 weeks and you are brought to the airport and picked up, including 1 night ... The service works well 👍. The rooms are clean and you sleep well on mattresses that are not worn out. Breakfast is plentiful. I can only recommend it.

Nice place to stay near to Airport

Convenient spot for catching an early flight. We paid for a room with 3 beds and one turned out to be a pull out couch so a bit misleading. Be wary, they nickle and dime you for everything: wifi, shuttle, breakfast all cost to use.

It was not nearly as close to the airport as I thought! And the shuttle cost money. I don't think it was advertised as free, but just know if you're cost-driven, that cost has to be factored in.

The staff is mostly okay, not very friendly though. At checkout, our credit and debit cards didn't go through. We told them it couldn't be our cards and one woman (Melanie) at the reception was very rude and aggressive, saying it has to be our cards. A colleague knew the problem could be fixed by typing our number instead of swiping the card. Afterward, the rude woman continued to argue with us, how it can't be their system. Wonderful way to wakeup... Finally, the food was horrible and the room smelled bad.

Excellent place to stay,. Very Comfortable and on site restaurant is the Best. Shuttles and pàrking services available.

Super friendly night staff, very sweet people and a family environment. There's a shuttle 9€ to the airport that takes you to your terminal in 15-20 min so, that was convenient.

that comes out when others book without considering the needs - Double room with 1.40 meter bed? - despite telephone notification of the arrival the room (under the roof) was not ventilated (28 degrees lt thermometer) and the air is rather circulating air, works only if the key is plugged into the room - the volume of the fountain in front of the window, the door rattling, the baggage roll noise and the aircraft (until 22:45, from 5 o'clock | night no-fly ban) from the reviews prove unfortunately - Breakfast for 2 people to 16 € is unfortunately very economical, no fruit or vegetables, selection rather poor

This hotel is located close to the airport. Cosy and peaceful place. I had more expectations for services, but for fast residence it's ok.

Worst customer service regarding hotels

Excellent stay, considering the package deal of one night accommodation for two, including breakfast, two weeks of parking and shuttle service. Friendly staff, nice room and clean facilities. The price for all that is unbeatable! Personal note: if you book with shared bathroom (as common in many upscale b&b, too) we were pleased to find clean facilities. If you don’t like the idea of shared bathroom than take one of their en-suite options.

Top service and transfer to the airport. Great opportunity to park your car on vacation. The price performance ratio is top. Very clean and friendly. Nice restaurant. Again any time.

My room was tiny and shabby and very noisy. It was on the second floor with no lift or help to get my heavy suitcase up the narrow staircase.

Enjoyed the quiet room, breakfast and the airport shuttle.

The receptionist this morning was quite unpolite, when I asked if I can print boarding card at the hotel. I waited for him at the reception 5 min and then I still had 5 min to my pick up organized by hotel, but he said „is too late to print anything”. Welll.... I give them 2 stars because location and cheap price.

Shower faulty and shower drain blocked. Bathroom hygiene not up to standard. Big warm rooms is a plus. No cutlery in kitchen. The restaurant is cash only, no cards accepted.

The hotel is very good, and very clean, neat, the room was always fixed when I returned and the new towels. I do not put more stars because the soap dispenser was empty, and because the Internet is not free, it cost extra. But the rest very well
